Israeli Defense Minister Israeli Katz says he has ordered the country's military to respond to what he called an Iranian violation of the cease-fire deal.
"In light of Iran's blatant violation of the ceasefire declared by the President of the United States -- through the launch of missiles toward Israel -- and in accordance with the Israeli government's policy to respond forcefully to any breach, I have instructed the [Israeli Defense Forces]...to continue high-intensity operations targeting regime assets and terror infrastructure in Tehran," Katz said.
The statement comes just hours after U.S. President Donald Trump declared that a cease-fire between Israel and Iran was in effect.

However, on the condition that the Israeli regime ceases its illegal aggression against the Iranian people by 4 a.m. today, we have no intention of continuing to respond, he added.
