(250626) -- THE HAGUE, June 26, 2025 (Xinhua) -- North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary General Mark Rutte attends a press conference during the NATO summit in The Hague, the Netherlands, June 25, 2025. Member states of the NATO have agreed to raise their defense spending to 5 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) annually by 2035, according to a declaration issued on Wednesday following the high-level summit in The Hague.
